Mindful Yoga Online with Nancy

Nancy now teaches Mindful Yoga on Zoom from her home studio. Her normal teaching schedule is:

If you would like to join the yoga class, please email her at nrosenberger@oregonstate.edu for the zoom address. If you want to attend regularly, she will send you a weekly announcement that contains information on the schedule and theme for that week. A reading or poem inspired by the theme accompanies each email. The same class repeats three times each week. You may come to classes whenever you are able.

Classes bring attention to being in the body with physical alignment, strength and flexibility. We blend the physical poses with breathing, mindfulness, and themes that increase our connection to our bodies and the world around us. Nancy offers encouragement to do yoga within each person's range of motion, avoiding injury and modifying as necessary for these bodies we inhabit.

Nancy has recorded videos of many of her classes. Search for her under “YouTube Nancy Rosenberger yoga.” She adds on to her video library regularly. Just check into YouTube or you can hear about additional videos automatically if you follow her on YouTube.
